Venfino is a free online directory of New York City locations for private events. Our job is to help you secure a venue that best fits your needs, and we offer comprehensive profiles for all of our spaces.

Venfino makes it simple for you to contact potential event spaces for your next event or party. After browsing our diverse New York City Venue Directory, which you can sort by capacity, neighborhood or venue type, simply click Contact This Event Space (see example) in the profile of the location that interests you.

You will be taken to a short form that will be sent directly to the requested venue upon completion. An event coordinator from the venue will usually contact you within 1 business day. In case any other event details are needed, you will first be contacted by a Venfino representative.

If you are interested in multiple Venfino locations, there is no need to fill out a request form for every single one. You will be prompted to send us an e-mail with a list of the other venues after completing your initial request.

Venfino is a free service, and you have no obligations to use any of our event spaces.

Our venues can accommodate many kinds of corporate and personal events. Companies often use Venfino for media events, product launches, meetings/conferences, fundraisers, holiday parties, fashion shows and photo/film shoots. Personal clients use Venfino for weddings, birthdays, bar/bat mitzvahs and many other special occasions.

In order for each venue to track how many people are referred by Venfino, the exact names and addresses of the spaces are not initially shown. You will find out the name and address immediately upon being contacted by the venue's events department, which is usually within 1 business day.

Each Venfino event space is assigned unique VENcode or ID. If you would like to ask any questions regarding a specific location, you can contact us and refer to the location's VENcode, which can always be found at the top left corner of its profile.

Depending on the size, type, date and requirements of your event, rental fees and catering costs can vary greatly from one venue to another. Please contact us regarding any specific venues to get a sense of their price ranges. Exact pricing will be provided to you by each venue's events department.

Since it is virtually impossible for us to maintain an up-to-date calendar for all of our locations, only the venue itself will be able to tell you whether a specific date is available. If you indicated a certain date in your request, the venue will inform you of its availability in the initial reply.

Absolutely! Our representatives are very familiar with each event space and are always available to you. We will also make sure that you have heard from all requested locations, set up appointments to see them and received detailed proposals for your event. The additional service, again, is at no cost to you.
