The 1,000-4,500 sq. ft. divisible loft features a 20-foot glass retail storefront, 16-foot ceilings with track lighting, white epoxy-coated concrete floors and 4 skylights. The gallery venue is flooded with natural light and can accommodate up to 200 guests for a private/special event. The loft's additional amenities include a ground floor entrance, drive-in access, handicap accessibility, wall space for projections, a private VIP/staging area, on-site office, two public bathrooms, a sound system and wireless internet access.
The versatile street-level SoHo NYC venue can host all kinds of public and private events -- pop-up retail, fashion shows, print/film & commercial shoots, art exhibitions, marketing installations, product showrooms and launch parties.
